SLIFCO ELECTRIC AT THE TOYOTA BATTERY MANUFACTURING NORTH CAROLINA FACILITY:

6/10s 8 regular and 2ot Monday through Friday and Saturday is time and a half.

$37.80 per hour for Journeymen.

CE's and Apprentices are paid their percentage of the $37.80 rate, but remain at the $100 a day Incentive.

$9.29 Family Healthcare Per Hour (Company Paid) (Journeymen) $0.59 per hour goes to a Health Savings Account if you are a part of the Family Medical Care Plan!

10% Pension (Company Paid).

3% Annuity NEBF (Company Paid).

$150 dollars per day Incentive for being on time and working throughout the day!

THE TOTAL, JUST WAGES AND NOT BENEFITS, FOR A WEEKS' WORK IS $3546.00 x 52 WEEKS = $184,392.
