Slifco Electric will be having more Calls for Journeymen Electricians soon at the Toyota Battery Facility in Liberty, NC.

The large influx of Journeymen that took calls are being placed throughout the project now.

Slifco will be placing more calls for Journeymen soon!!

6/10s - 8 regular and 2 overtime Monday through Friday. Saturday is time and a half.

$37.80 per hour for Journeymen.

CEs and Apprentices are paid their percentage of the $37.80 rate, but remain at the $100 a day Incentive.

$9.04 Family Healthcare Per Hour (Company Paid) (Journeymen).

$0.54 per hour goes to a Health Savings Account if you are a part of the Family Medical Care Plan!

10% Pension (Company Paid).

3% Annuity (Company Paid) NEBF.

$150 dollars per day Incentive for being on-time and working throughout the day!

THE TOTAL (WAGES - NOT BENEFITS) FOR A WEEKS' WORK IS $3546.00. MULTIPLY BY 52 WEEKS = $184,392.00

OSHA 10 or 30 Construction is REQUIRED to be accepted on this project! This is non-negotiable.

If you are a Journeyman Wireman and you are trying to get on our books to go to work through our hall, please follow these steps:

1. Download the UnionWorx App on your SmartPhone. You can also access UnionWorx on your laptop/computer using the following link: https://ibew342.unionworx.cloud/.

2. Scroll down and find "Local 342," tap/click, and, on the bottom left corner, click "register."

3. Input your information, including your personal contact information and your Card/Ticket #, and submit.

4. Reach out to your Local Union hall and ask for them to fax us a travel letter/letter of introduction.

5. Job calls are posted at 3pm ON UNION WORX when they become available. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE PLACING A BID.

6. Place a bid using the UnionWorx App or online. You will be notified via email at 7am the next day with further instructions.
